So there is a new Vehicle Particular Details HVRAS Form.......It now has 2 pages. I suppose for me the first issue is to my knowledge there has been no information about this, furthermore when i rang my local TMR Customer Service Centre they were unaware of the changes too. Which is just so bazaar right !?
It appears the 2nd page has to do with HV and with the rego side of things, which yea ok but as an HVRAS approved agent we just are not savvy to that Info and than we are relying on the customer to give us the details ?? and furthermore we than sign the first page ?? so the reality is the customer could than print a new form and change it with us having no knowledge of the doing so ? and the reality is this a legal document !?
I personally think that this just adds to the view that HVRAS will be removed from Transport and Main Roads Queensland.
Why and How will this now work ??
